Unfortunately, the camera is compatible only with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. To ensure a stable connection, it's advisable to keep the distance between the camera and the router as short as possible.

Can I control the camera's rotation remotely via the app?
No, the camera is fixed in position and cannot be panned or tilted using the app. However, you can manually set it at your desired angle and monitor the feed remotely through the app.

Why is the screen of the security camera appearing upside down?
If you've mounted the camera on the ceiling, this may be the reason for the inverted screen. You can remedy this by enabling the "Rotate Image" option found in the ‘Audio & Video’ settings.

Why is my Indoor Camera unable to record video to the SD card?
This issue may arise if the camera does not recognize your SD card. For optimal performance, please use an SD card with a capacity between 8GB and 64GB, and ensure it is formatted in FAT32.

Can multiple accounts access the camera simultaneously?
Yes, it is possible to invite family and friends to register their own Osaio accounts. You can share access by entering their email addresses linked to their Osaio accounts; however, please note that logging into the same account on different devices is not allowed.
